7 days personal challenge report

Day 1: 25/05/09
Bike ride on wind trainer: 10k, 30 mins. Average 20k/ph
10 sets of 10 ab crunch

Day 2: 26/05/09
Bike ride to Wainui 20k, 1 hour. Average 20k/ph
Ran for 5.1k for 40 mins
10 sets of 10 ab crunch

Day 3: 27/05/09
Bike ride on wind trainer: 10k, 30 mins. Average 20k/ph
10 sets of 10 ab crunch

Day 4: 28/05/09
Bike rider to Wainui 20k, 1 hour. Average 20k/ph
Ran for 8.5k for 1 hour
10 sets of 10 ab crunch

Day 5: 29/05/09
Rest
10 sets of 10 ab crunch

Day 6: 30/05/09
Ran for 9k for 1 hour (getting faster!)
10 sets of 10 ab crunch

Day 7: 31/05/09
Ran for 7k for 50 mins
10 sets of 10 ab crunch

Day 8: 01/06/09
Rest
10 sets of 10 ab crunch

Note: Didn't do any swimming this week which is a poo! Must do some next week. Pleased with my ab crunch and running has been improved big time!

Goal for next week:
1. To do some swimming in the challenge.
2. To run at least 10 k twice next week.
3. To do 200 ab crunch in a day.

Total inches waist lost this week: None (bollocks!) - 36"
Total weight lost this week: Gain 1 gram (crap!) - 63.1kg

Wish me luck for next week as more works to do or else I will eat my own blog next month! Waaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!
